Fridays walleye action again remained on the good side as in-laws Greg, Mary and I found eyes on every spot that we fished. For the most part, the eyes were all relating to 8 to 10 feet of water over submerged stumps and logs. The bite was about 50 50 between crawlers and fatheads, early morning bite was with fats and later on the crawler bite was the best. Vertical jigging these areas with Reeves weedless jigs seemed to work the best to keep from snagging up. After we had our limits, we spent a couple hours working shallow wood along with weedy areas in search of panfish and found some nice gills and jumbo perch, the most panfish came out of old decayed beaver huts and thicker weed patches.

No trips today, will be back out on Sunday, will keep you posted.
