Doing a half day trip on Wednesday with guests Mike and Chris, we found the action somewhat slower than the past few days, but we still managed our limits of some pretty decent eyes by noon. Finding that the deep water bite just wasn't happening, we moved to water more in the 8 to 10 foot depths with plenty of submerged wood and found the eyes. Using Reeves weedless jigs tipped with fatheads, we picked up one eye here and one there, action was slow but we stuck with these spots and were successful.

Next trip on Friday, will keep you posted.
