Trolling

Is trolling going to be allowed state wide now? I see it passed vote in the spring hearings but I am not really sure what that means.

I was out of town so wasn't able to make the spring hearings. I'm not sure on the trolling issue. Interesting to hear. I wouldn't have a problem with it. Those that think the Chip will be overharvested from trolling have obviously never trolled.

I too would not have an issue with it. To each their own and it would clear up the dragging sucker issue. Please keep us up to date on any information you find out regarding this. Thanks

Who knows. It could get shot down at the next level or go into effect next year or the year after. Hard to say. The process is never easy.
