Split ring pliers?

What is your guys preference for small split ring pliers. My regular tool does poorly on split rings for the 1/8 ounce or so spoons and other lures when I try to change hooks. Share what works best for you please.

This one works well if you're looking for something specifically designed for split rings. Chris may have a version of it in his shop.

Thumbnail works for me,lol. Great for slicing off minnow heads in a pinch as well.

Thanks for the links guys. Uglystik, my thumbnail works great on minnow heads and larger split rings, not worth a sh-- on the tiny ones. Hoping for some mechanical advantage!
