Cathy and I would like to thank you for all the good times we have had this year. There have been a lot of things happening, namely contractors, but we managed to keep our sanity. Our goal is to spend more time with you and John & Diane at our favorite spot to vacation "Lake of the Woods". Have a very Merry Christmas and New Year and pop that cork on the Champagne for us.
