Well...it looks like summer is leaving us, at least as far as the calander is concerned. The weather has been a little iffy all season long so I hope it settles down from now until ice up. I'm sure many have their fall trips planned. Many others are waiting to see what the weather brings before they head for the lakes. I for one can't wait until the water temps begin to drop. That means we are getting close to the typical fall fishing with fish becoming much more predicatable. Now is the time to really focus on the baitfish to help show where the muskies are. Muskies will be preparing to stage for the winter and they hang around bait to stock up on dinner before ice up. Hang on to your rods as this time of year you never know what could end up in the net.

There are a couple outings coming up that should be very fun to participate in. Be sure to contact us if you want to join the fun.

September 21-22 - Lake Alice
October 19-20 - Lake St Claire
November 1-3 - Lake Vermilion

Good luck out there and please be safe!
