    That was pretty much my experience as well the one time I checked out Blackwell after a trout stocking. It felt more like a carnival game than fishing.

    I saw someone get a trout with powerbait on the bottom. It hit about a second after
    they put the rod in the rod holder. Other than that, there were more bobbers than
    Mick Thill has in his basement.
