I fished with my buddy Rob yesterday for crappie and bass and we caught a lot of both. We ended up keeping some crappie in the morning and then fished bass in the afternoon. We caught a lot of bass in the 12 to 15 inch range up to 18 inches. Most if not all were the males coming into the spawning areas. It was a blast. I'd guess we caught a couple hundred fish or more yesterday. It's nice to get some hooksets in.
