Early Spring water levels

Can you shed a little light on your expectation for early spring water levels? Thanks

ice is completly out on our side.70's and wind should start to warm water some.
water levels came up some from last fall but not enough,despite lots of snow little seemed to have been converted into significant run off probably most absorbed by dry ground.it will take some good rains to bring it up to normal levels.
as of right now i would characterize it as a bit on the low side.
docks are in,cabins getting cleaned,boats going in.should be right on schedule.
suckers are running in some of the creeks already,could some of the walleye creek spawners already be done? it is usually that as an indicator.
