I also downloaded an App on my android phone called River Flows. It has all the states then you go to the rivers for each state. It uses USGS and AHPS for the data.
Check it out, pretty cool!
After a few phone calls, I finally found the site very similar to the old site I used to use for all the reservoir pool levels/projections/dishcharges a couple of years ago.

Yea, the address changed or something and it was my favorite site for both Tionesta and Kinzua. I have a Corps of Engineer link on the Resources page that has not worked for 2 years. I am fixing it this morning so if you lose this link, it can always be found on my resources page.
