Hot bite Tuesday night
Diane was nice enough to come to the shop Tuesday afternoon so I could get out to do a little fishing. Set up in the "community meat hole" off the Gladstone harbor a little after 4:30. Between 5 and 6, there was a pretty steady stream of fish moving through the area. I ended the evening landing seven walleyes, keeping three in the 16-17 inch range. I also missed 4 or 5 other bites and lost two fish at the hole that would have been legal, (I should have had a nice limit of fish last night!) Got a couple of them on a #8 Hot Tiger Snap Rap, but that #9 Glow Hot Perch Jigging Rap was the standout bait again this trip.
