Default Ice thickness off the terrace?

Ive seen a few guys off the terrace. Anybody got a measurement on the ice thickness out there? Was hoping to take my rhino out there tomorrow.

Haven't heard anything specifically off the Terrace, but did have one report from the north side of the Escanaba River mouth, from two days ago, of 5 inches. The ice in both spots formed at the same time, and there have been a couple very cold nights since then. Would guess it's at least 5 out there, now. Let us know what you find.

Fished off the terrace this morning. Walleye bite was slow but we switched over and caught a cpl nice whitefish later in the morning. Had my rhino out there no problem. Solid 8 to 10 inches of ice. Crack is really easy to cross as it almost ends then begins again 20' closer to shore. Just cross between the two. The crack is also much closer to shore in general than last year. One more thing, its pretty rough out there from the ice being broken up so many times so drive slow.
