Wingra, Twin Valley Ice Up - Monona 38 Degrees

Wingra was all ice this morning. Wednesday morning I had to break 100 yards of skim ice to get out.
Guys at the launch on Monona were just getting back from Twin Valley and they said it was all iced up.
Monona was 38 degrees - did not see a fish - about 7 boats out.

It is getting near the end.

Update 12/17/12 Monday -- Waubesa was 37 degrees today. The bartender at Christies said they had skim ice on much of the lake earlier. I would doubt if the lake will be open this weekend. 3 boats out - one guy got a 42" in the morning (not me).

This may be the end of the season for me - I would guess Tuesday and Wednesday may be open/no ice.
