The waters have cooled and fishing has picked up with a nice mixed bag of mature Chinook, Lake Trout, Rainbow and some Coho. The fish are still out in 140 to 250 feet of water. Day by day and week by week they will start moving in and the best action will eventually be on the "hill". That said if you want to catch fish today you have to be willing to spend some money and fill up the tank. Best action is 75 to 100 feet down on large spoon and "O" dodger/fly combo. We're trolling a little faster than usual. Here is a sample of what you can expect.Click image for larger version.
