No oil usage?

I have a 2005 Merc 60 4 stroke. I get the oil changed when I winter it. I have never had to add any during the course of the year. Seems odd... or maybe that is good? Anyone know if this is normal? I'd think you would have to add at some point. I don't put a LOT of hours on it each year, around 30 or so.

i would say,that's good. On a 4 stoke motor,one does not want to have to add oil. As long as the dip stick reads the proper level,and you keep the oil fresh,you are fine. If in fact,if Your oil level continually gets low,or if You have a leak,oh oh. but,assuming You don't burn oil due to bad rings,worn valves etc.,Alls' well.......
