Walleyes Still Spawning, Fishing Very Good
Well with extrme high winds we still managed to pull limits Friday and Saturday on both boats jigging hair jigs purple and john deere green. We struggled out on the reefs so we decided to make the long run to the Maumee Bay area and we just smoked the walleyes. The significant observation was that we caught 20, 13.5 to 14.5" walleye throw backs per boat per day and we believe thats positive for the future.
