The big brown was great

I smoked that 16 # er in my Bradley and it was great I served it up to about 20 plus fellow fisherman on Sunday at a launch clean up and everyone liked it. What I found is the bigger browns stay moist even after 6 hrs. in the smoker. The smaller browns have a tendency to dry out. I'll be doing that again.
