    Default Great bite....

    It was my wife and my anniversary today and she wanted to go and fish for whitefish. We got set up by 8:00 am and didn't do to good at first and then they started to bite a little. It was her first time fishing for them and it was slow going for her. I managed to ice three whitefish and one lawyer at this spot. We moved and really started hitting them. I caught few more and then Barb hit her first whitefish. It was a nice one by the way she fighting it and it ended up being 23 inches. GREAT job Barb. By the end of the day we ended up with 16 whitefish and two lawyers. GREAT GREAT day with my bride. Thanks Barb.....

    Happy anniversary you two! What a great way to spend the day! Nice mess of fish and good job Barb! 19 years ago this week my wife and I spent the week icefishing for our honeymoon! Have a great weekend.
