Lake Gogebic Ice Conditions/Reports

Hey people,

Myself and a few buddies are thinking of taking a trip down from Michigan Tech to fish, possibly in 3 weeks or so. We would come down on a Saturday morning and spend the night, so we would be looking for a hotel to stay in. Also, just looking for any information on ice conditions, snow depth, and any fishing reports. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for checking in here at outdoors 911.
The walleye fishing has been pretty good on the north end of the lake fishing the weeds in 7-10 feet . With some bonus perch being caught too.
