The fishing on the bay is continues to be RED HOT!!

Before I get into the fishing report, I want to stress that the ice on the bay is very unsafe in many areas. If you are not familar with the ice call someone that is, or just don't go at all. There still is a lot of fishable areas but please use extreme caution before venturing out.

Well like is said the whitefishing is RED HOT! The key is getting away from the crowds and the fish seem to never stop biting! We are using jigging raps and pimples tipped with minnow heads and using gulp waxies on the slider hooks. Most of the fish are coming on the slider hook, but some days they are smashing the bottom bait as well.


Like I said get away from the crowds and you will find the fish not as picky.
