jan 7th - a little snow yesterday and today
should make some great ground cover on the ice for catching those walleyes. we have still quite the little city out here on the south end.
and that ridge out there is still very visible across the lake, but you can get around it as you can see some are. I have been hearing from some fishermen that there are a total of 3 such ridges, this one south of star and another east of cedar island going up to star and a third on the far east side of cass.
the fishing as been very good out front here for perch and several walleyes these guys brought in about 5 5 gallan buckets to clean. and they werent' below 9 inches.
