Walleye have been active in the 10-12 foot depths, using small Shiners under a tip up. Best bite has been right around sunset. I have been setting up around 2pm and waiting for them to move in. Northerns have been active and hitting fairly well. All day action with peeks mixed in during the day. Use a medium Shiner under a tip up and work along weed edges and over the deeper weeds. Pan fish have been very sporadic, I have been finding them anywhere from 5-25 feet, shallow weeds to deeper mudflats. Crappie and Gills have been suspending anywhere in the water column so use your electronics and drill a lot of holes. Stay mobile! Fishing has been up and down this past week with all the weather changes we have been seeing. Travel on the ice may become a little more work with the new snow fall, hopefully the wind will sweep the lake somewhat clear.
