Was up on the Chip 10/15 through 10/17 the wind was too strong to fish on Sat. or Sun. My son and I tried on Mon. Despite the high wind. We marked many fish in the deep wood. I fish out of a 16 foot john boat, way too light for the windy conditions. We tried the Walleyemaxx system of anchoring, but off the front of the boat and it worked even with the crappy boat that I use. Even in the very high winds. Unfortunately, the conditions beat us and we were skunked.
Maxx, the “Fall Patterns” as described in your book were RIGHT ON, as we marked many fish. It was just too windy to fish in my boat (over 20 mph). I will be using the information that I learned from your book next year.
I can taste the walleyes already!
    Thanks

    Hi Kieth,

It was brutal that weekend. You couldn't fish where you wanted, but where you could. When the Big Chip 'kicks up', she can be tough. Next year when you use "The Walleyemaxx System" , you'll catch lots of Walleyes. Good luck fishing.
