Kalie and I got out in search of some crappies. Focusing on submerged timber in 9-11 fow. Kalie had a 1/8 oz jig tipped with a twister tail and minnow and I had the same with just a plastic tail. The crappies were on top and the sides of the brush piles today. Drop the jig down and find the timber and just hold it. By day's end we had several fish in the boat with a couple just shy of 14-inches.

Water temp was 73.6 degrees.
