What kind of bait is a Lake X Dr. Evil? I cant find it online do you only sell them at the shop?

It's a surface bait that one of our guides has been making for a couple of years. He is in the process of making some for us to sell in the store. They kind of look like a rumbler but they pop really nice. The blade is stainless steel and they have glass eyes. They just have that sound to them.... I'm attaching a pic of a bass that hit Dr. Evil, it gives you an idea of what the bait looks like.
