Lake Erie Very HOT! So is Walleye Fishing

Well the boys from Mineral Point, Wisconsin came on there annual fishing trip and we hammered them. The first day we caught 48 lbs. of walleye, 2nd day 98 lbs. and the 3rd day 125 lbs. Thats pretty good with a 30 incher and several walleye 27-29 inches. The trolling is really the weapon of choice, we set lines 42-52 feet back using tru-trip 40 jet divers (available at our local tackle shop Happy Hooker) and pink panties and cat/dog were our best lures Dipseys at 42-58 back also caught good walleye. We fished due west of West Sister Island in 29 feet of water temp was 69 degrees.
