Default High Water Flow - Will it affect fishing?

Saw on KELO tonight the story on the COE increasing the flow out of Oahe Dam to over 100,000 starting next week.

Just wondering opinions on how this will affect fishing around Chamberlain?? Planning on going to Chamberlain this weekend with my two sons and I hope the fishing cooperates for my two sons

    Thanks!!

We still believe the fishing will be good on Francis Case and Sharpe. High flows in our area has always been good for fishing. 6 boats out today all full by noon. Still excellent.
