Rowan Lake - May 2011

Just got back from Rowan Lake today and made a little video of our trip. As usual things were great at Nielsen's and the fish were most cooperative. We caught lake trout in Rowan and since the other boats at Hill were in use, we stood on shore and caught largemouth, smallmouth, and northerns on the up side of the rapids.

I don't know how to go through this website and enlarge the screen, however, if one does a youtube search and puts in "Rowan Lake Trout Fishing" the movie will come up. It can then be expanded in size and also viewed in HD 720 clarity.

Great video! The whole eco system is going. Lots of great shots from fish to wildlife. Oh yes, Happy Birthday Don! Looks like a great party. Sorry to miss the big celebration.
