    IS the ramp free at keppling, will be up for the opener and driving stright through to the ramp.

    Calling for 20MPH winds out of the north and partly cloudy, 2 footers...Rough windy, and cool out, sounds like fun..

    The launch at Kipling is free. The weather will most likely give the fish lockjaw. And make the fishermen generally grumpy :/

    Default Kipling

    at the north end of Gladstone catch cr 186 right along the lake and shoot about 1/2 mile to the launch. I believe still free to launch however someone correct me if I am wrong.
