Spent a few mornings on Delavan Lake finding more and more Bass,Bluegill and Pike in the shallow waters. Been catching them on plastics, crawlers, minnows. On the Madison Chain one sunny warm morning the past week the Bass fishing was really good caught eight in a few hours when cooler cloudy weather moved in the next morning the bite ended I could see them they just where not going to bite on anything I had in the box that day. With the cooler spring temps an unstable weather patterns a good amount of my fishing time has been spent on the river. A good walleye bite with northern pike and whitebass mixed in the catch is going on right now. Hope to see you on the Water!
