Thread: Spring Lake North

    Default Spring Lake North

Fished with Paul on Saturday a week ago.
Paul caught a nice 5lb Bass on a rattle bait, We then worked small gliders and we caught two Muskies a 33 and a 35. We also had action from 10 more fish and a couple that struck short. The water temps were around 45 degrees. This was the first time I fished this lake, all in all a good trip and very windy that day..

    Ben,
Thats the typical day down there, actually the windier and colder have produced the more productive days.
I think we had a total of 15 fish in 3 outings. 9-15 were 31" or bigger. 37"-44"
Glad you had a chance to get down to SLN, its a good tune up place when things are still locked.

Ill be out at the Chain all week, Mondays thru Fridays.
My schedule is much looser this year.

    Good Luck with your season
