Water levels on the Chain are still incredibly high and the current flowing in the rivers is like nothing I have ever seen for this time of year. The water temps have also been much higher than normal and have made some of the normal fall fishing patterns less productive.

As for the fishing, crappie action has been great. Catching them with a rig, jig, spoon or on a bobber setup has all been a lot of fun. Musky and pike action has been hit and miss making it hard to put a pattern together. Here are a few of photos from some of our catches as of late.
