    Default Reports from the Cave

Boy the Cave sure is spitting out the big girls over the past week, again. However not in my boat and not in just anyones boat, the guys that are catching them are really working for them in thick weeds with big rubber and cowgirls. Cleaning alot or weeds and alot of hard work. But they should move shallow soon as we have not had a big drop in morning water temps but its coming still around 73 to 75 am temp. The fish seem to be tight to cover leaving trolling fish few and far between. Lance had a bang up day Tuesdat with 5 up to 46 and I heard Crash got a fifty plus. I know of 5 fish over 50 in the past couple weeks. My boat has had 13 topwater blow ups with only 3 boated they seem to just be jumping over the baits. Congrads to Bonnie, Grouchos girlfriend with a Fat 43 on a Grim Reaper. If your out this week end get close to weeds and work your A?? off. I heading to the Ranger Boats World Championship so leave a few for me.. GOOD LUCK

Saturday the temps varied from 63 to 67 near the Bangor Ramp. Main lake may have been different. I hooked one briefly right off the bat and never saw another fish the rest of the day as my partner and I were whipped by 5:00 p.m..
