    Default newbie

Hey all. I'm a bit of a newbie to the area...spent most of the summer of 2005 on South Turtle lake fishing. My dad and I are making a trip up there oct 8-11, staying in Boulder Junction, and I'm trying to get a short list of the better lakes to fish in the area for musky/walleye. Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

    Talking Good Lakes

    Hi
South Turtle and the connecting lakes are all good Fall Musky waters. Some other good ones to try for Musky would be High,Cedar,Ballard,Rest, and Big lakes. These should keep you busy for a while. For Walleye try Rest,Boulder and the Turtle Flambeau Flowage. The Flowage is the best Fall bite in the area. Jeff
