Thread: Catching Limits of Lake Erie Perch

  1. #1

Default Catching Limits of Lake Erie Perch

The Perch in the western basin are really starting to bite better and the size keeps getting better also. We fished on the North side of Big Pickeral reef and had some 10-12 inchers. We are using tri-rigs tipped with lake shiners on the bottom. The walleye are being caught on all the reefs in front of the Davis Besse power plant and the smallmouth are also there. Most of the walleyes are being caught at night, however this is a good thing because this means with the cool nights cooler water big walleyes will be showing up anytime know.
