Was able to get out twice this week on Wednesday and Friday.

Wednesday: Day after the "Big Blow". Water temps ranged from 68-72. Clarity was murky in just about all spots we fished for the day and less than 1' in many sopts. Weeds are good and green in many areas. Fished Petite, Bluff, Marie, Channel and Catherine. Result for the days effort was 0! Did not even get a follow. Fished with my good friend "Q" Carlson.

Friday: Solo trip today. Water temps dipped a little to 67-71. Clarity improved in all areas fished. Weeds still the same; green and plentiful. Ended up boating a 27" on a Rapala SubWalk in Bluff. Raised two other muskies on Channel with a 9" Suick. Fished Bluff, Marie, Channel and Catherine.

Fishing should continue to improve as we progress through September into October. Many of the larger fish I believe will start to move back shallower now. Noted large schools of baitfish holding just outside the breaklines this week in 12-15' of water. Will be back out next week.
