Has the river blown-up yet?

Hey, I read that they're going to be blasting bed-rock out of the river. Downtown, next to the bridge. Can anyone tell me if they've started doing that? I'll be getting into town on friday and would love to take the kids to see that.

I wonder what kinds of fish will come floating to the surface after that shock-wave hits?

Haven't seen any fish floating yet!! They can't blast so they are going to just bring in bigger equipment and dig it up, they will be working through the whole weekend!!! Too bad so sad( No explosions here!!!!
