Fished with repeat clients Roy and Peter Yawn from the twincities area last Saturday. Saturday was a perfect fishing day weather wise....fish were still in post front lockdown. Morning bite was very slow, missed a few fish, fish not taking the bait agressively....perhaps slashing at the bait in annoyance. Started picking up some fish as the sun got overhead on tubes and grubs. Had four fish over 4 pounds and about 10 fish in the 2 to 3 pound range. Another tough day on the water.

Forcast....Cold front and strong winds comming in tonight...so it looks like more of the same this week. For the perch fisherman....some perch being caught shallow....could it be a early season???
