Fishing Report 08/21/10

Hi all,

Hit the lake today with my sweetie chasing largemouths for a brief change of pace prior to chasing muskies this upcoming full moon period this week. We caught a bunch of great fish up to 19" and most were caught using 3/8 ounce black and blue jigs with black with blue flake Power Bait Chigger Craws as trailers. We caught a few fish on tubes as well. The bass came in two to five feet of water in pads, heavy weeds, and docks.

Kris caught her personal best largemouth (see pic below) and Klaus was along and enjoyed watching the bass come aboard! I really enjoyed the boat time with my wonderful wife, and we all enjoyed the fast action. Now it's time to chase muskies with the gang from Ohio!!!
