Thank you YooperTroll for the post comment. I try to tell how it is and I would expect the same from other posts. We are here and writing because we enjoy fishing and want to share our information.

We fished the Menominee River boundary water and the Groveland Ponds this week and did well in between the light rain showers. The Menominee gave us LOTS of smallmouth and panfish. A simple hook, sinker, crawler caught the panfish on the river bottom and rapalas and a jig with a spinner boated the smallmouth. The Ponds were giving up largemouth on rapalas and rattletraps. It was a lot of fun keeping them from getting tangled up in the deadwood and we released them all.

A long day in a boat is better than a short day on a desk.
