    Default 8-4-10 report & pics

The water level on the chain has been on the rise as of late so things are very different than years past. Water temp has been in the 72-78 degree range depending on the wind and sun for the most part.

Been doing some musky tactics lately that I have never tried much before and it seems like a waste of time at this point. Always fun when a client wants to mix things up a bit though. When fishing with normal methods we are still seeing and catching fish.

The walleye bite is still going great with lots of good eating size fish being caught. Some smaller walleye have started to hit as well in the last week so action is not a problem. Jumbo perch are going ok, just about limited out two guys yesterday morning...shoulda moved sooner!

Enjoy the pics...baby musky are still perty!

Glad to hear the fishing is going well at Cass! We're walking out the door in the next couple hours to start heading up that way from Illinois. See you bright and early on Tuesday morning...hopefully we have similar luck as we did last year with you!
