Water temps were right around 74 degrees all over the lake today and the water level is still holding up very well. Did a jumbo perch trip in the morning while another guide did a walleye trip. Finished the day off with a little musky scouting for some trips this week.

The perch were very active on the sand, rock and weeds. Walleye are being caught by some guides down in 31 feet. We have still been focused on the weed edge and slightly beyond. Redtails, leeches and crawlers are all catching fish right now.

In my brief musky scouting this evening I had a few hot follows on some cabbage. Morning will be here soon and maybe my clients can get one to eat!
