Thread: Waukegan 7-4 thru 7-6

    Default Waukegan 7-4 thru 7-6

We ran 5 trips over the past three days and the bite was 'good' and ended yesterday afternoon as nothing less than absolutely 'lights out' fishing.

Mostly Kings of all sizes with a some Coho and Rainbows mixed in too. We are fishing right near shore too so we aren't wasting much time to and from the harbor.

We finished with 11 on the morning of the 4th and 7 for that afternoon. 13 on the morning of the 5th. 21 yesterday morning and 19 yesterday afternoon. The quality of fish and pace of the bite accelerated throughout yesterday- steady with lots of doubles and triples, breakoffs, broken hooks/split rings - memories of big ones that got away!
