I had the pleasure of taking Andy Nichols and his wife out Saturday to enjoy the excellent fishing and wildlife of Central Wisconsin. Andy and his wife are transplants from Louisiana and were anxious to see what type of fishing Wisconsin had to offer. High water and the recent weather change made fishing difficult at first but after a while, we started to put walleyes in the boat. Both Sharon and Andy had never caught a walleye - but by the end of the trip, they had caught plenty. Most fish were found relating to wood or structure using a jig and minnow. We had a great day and I look forward to fishing with them again. Take a kid fishing

See you on the water
