Have a group of people at the resort this weekend that are up to do a little largemouth fishing. Went out yesterday evening to scout a little bit and found the fish very finicky and not hitting like they were a few days ago. Average size has gone down too. Took a couple boats out this morning early and found the same thing. Between the 2 boats boated probably 25 LM's (one nice one about 19") with 3 bonus nice smallies. Fish seemed to be hitting better as the morning wore on. Also observed several huge schools of big bluegills cruising suspended just below the surface in about 6 feet of water, literally 100's of them. Will be back at it this afternoon before the rain comes in (hopefully we get some more rain) and I think they should be biting a little better.
