Thread: Trophy daytime walleye

  1. Default Trophy daytime walleye

We continue to fish walleye daily and have been able to maintain a solid catch each day. Capt Wayne and I have worked hard over the past few weeks to put together a solid pattern, with strong west winds predicted today we can only hope it doesn't dirty up the water too much or make it unfishable... Captain Wayne gleened to trophies out of his catch yesterday and took photos of what he decribed as a huge fish... Yes it was only 28 inches but was over 9 pounds! It appeared to still be full of spawn and we think it may re-absorb those eggs since its so late in the season.... Take a look at: http://www.reelactioncharters.com/photo-log.shtml
