Default east side:bear, clay banks, pelican, sheep pastures

Hello Fellow Fish Heads: I Was Wondering If I Could Pick Your Brains For A Moment. I Have Been Fishing Leech For 13 Years But Only The North/northwest Side. I Am Now Staying @ A Resort On The East Side Of The Lake From 5-22-10 To 5-31-10. Givin That Time Frame, Where Would Be Some Spots To Try For Eyes' And Will The Same Techniques Work Here As On The West Side. I Wondered Over To Bear And The Clay Banks Trolling Shad Raps And Produced Some Nice Fish @ Dusk But That Was The Only Method That Produced Eyes' For Me. What Else Should I Be Doing? Thanks, Ryno

Five Mile, Sugar, Battles, have always been good to me in the Fall, I dont spend much time on the E side for opener. Blackduck also should be good with a N-NW wind, and like you said there are alot of places to go around Bear.

    Good luck

There is a rocky shoreline east of Bear Island twn 2 points referred to as "Little Stoney", by the eastsiders. Good if the fish are still shallow and a north/west wind.
