    Default fishing in the wind

Fished the main lake on the Pete this weekend. Got out early to try and beat the wind. Caught 2 22" Walleye, 1 19" Walleye, A 36" Northern and a nice eater size Cat. All went back except the Cat. All the fish looked healthy. It was good to get out and run the boat and catching a few didn't hurt either. Good luck to all.

Wow! Good report. Where's the PICs? Hope you snuck a couple.

I'm thinking that we are going to see much larger eye's being caught. Too bad that we will have to turn most of them loose, but it's fun anyway. Your catch is a bit of evidence that bigger ones are the norm for now. I have never gotten off CR and hope that some of those eyes from Pete will fall over the dam.

Thanks for keeping the cat, BTW. ;-)

Got some pictures, but unfortunately not electronic savvy enough to post them. I'm still trying to figure out what all I can do with the camera. I was pleased to catch some nice fish on the first voyage of 2010.
