The dock was in at Chester and the buoy tender was at the ramp in the County Park two weeks ago, so I would think they are in by now. However with all the wind in the area the past couple of weeks they might not be.
If you have a GPS on board put in the waypoints of the buoys and they will always be there for you!

The buoys are out up at Chester creek. Didn't get down by the dam to check those.
