    Hey ty,
Do you ever put any other objects instead of a hook to create different sounds on your pacekers?

I have and found that it's best to leave the bait alone. I've put just about anything you could imagine on there and it's not as good as the original. I did have a big fish go after one with beef jerky on the middle hook if that helps. That was in Minnesota so those fish don't count. They are a little aggressive.

I've done the cotter pins, keys, wire shafts, welding rods, you name it.............you'll catch more with the cut off hook than anything.
